Things you will need to provide the day of camp:

 

Proof of age:

Birth certificate, driver license, or state ID

 

Current AAU Card:

All Participants MUST be current AAU card holders NOTE: 2015 AAU cards expire 8/31/2015 *** 2016 AAU cards can be purchased after August 16, 2015 *** You may register for the camp prior to card purchase but must provide proof of AAU card purchase the day of camp

 

 

 

 

Concussion Awareness Information:

 Read and Print the concussion awareness information bring the signature portion of the acknowledgment the day of the camp (Must be signed by a Parent or Guardian)

There will be snacks at the camp if wrestler has a food allergy please notify us upon check-in the day of the camp

 

ANY PERSON CAUGHT DOING ANY DISTRUCTION TO SCHOOL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THE CAMP AND THEIR PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL BE NOTIFIED. NO REFUNDS.
